Volunteer Leader Information

Hello Volunteer Leader! We are currently planning for our Annual Grade Retreats and we need volunteers and we hope that you will consider joining us this year!
Why We Host Grade Retreats
Grade Retreats quickly become a highlight for many students and we're so thankful for that. We've heard many stories of how God has moved in powerful ways, and these are just the ones we know! We're hopeful that many more students encounter Jesus, grow in their faith, and help build community within our school.
Dates
Grade 9: September 23-25
Grade 10/11: September 30 - October 2
Grade 12: October 7-9

What You Need To Do
Please see the buttons below that will take you to the various forms that need to be completed in order for you to serve. The following must be completed:
* A completed Volunteer Application (Those under 18+ compete the student application)
* One Pastoral/Ministry Leader Reference Check
* Two General Reference Checks
* A Criminal Reference Check (Vulnerable Sector) If you have already submitted a criminal check that is not older than 2023, you do not need to submit a new one. Otherwise, a new criminal check (original document) needs to be submitted to the SLC within 60 days of issuance. There is a Criminal Check Request Letter that you can download.
PLEASE NOTE: If you are not 18+ you will not need a vulnerable sector check. Please complete all other forms.
